About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to support the smooth
operation of our business processes and ensure the efficient management of day-to-day
administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of
managing multiple priorities while providing reliable support to both management and team
members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative operations.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding, leave tracking, and staff communications.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Monitor office supplies and handle procurement as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication.
- Uphold confidentiality and data security in all administrative functions.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) essential.
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digita collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
